Ah, summer! What a great time to recharge and spend time with family. This year we really indulged and spent two weeks in Hilton Head with extended family. We had a ball!
We spent time on the beach including morning walks and yoga.
We had a number of heated miniature golf competitions. (I won a few, not to mention had a few holes in one which got me a free game—yipee!– and a frozen yogurt—eh, I can take or leave ice cream/frozen yogurt/custard.)
We went crabbing. Didn’t catch many blue crabs, but we found lots of hermit crabs!
We went on a dolphin watch. They’re so cute!
We also spent a morning kayaking.
There was also plenty of time to read and I worked my way through a stack of fun books including a creepy YA thriller my daughter recommended. I would spend my entire summer reading on a porch if I could.
Now it’s your turn to share your vacation fun. Write a post on your blog or Facebook page and use the graphic below. (The additional Polaroid frames/grapics can be found for free here.)

What books did you like the best from your stack? I just finished We Were Liars and The Good Girl….pretty good twists and turns. Now, I am on to The Baker’s Daughter. Your vacation looks like it was amazing and relaxing!!
I never got to the reading part, I was so stuck on not eating ice cream! Enjoy the rest of your summer!
