Use common toys to boost your child’s language skills.
Short video demos by a seasoned pediatric speech-language pathologist will train you to confidently teach your child while both of you have fun! The summer collection targets language skills that typically develop between 2 to 5 years, using blocks, dramatic play camping equipment and toy ocean animals.
(Note: The video collection provides the activities, but does not include the toys shown. Links are provided to the specific products used in the videos, but you can use what you already have or can access readily in your area.)
The summer collection of videos will release early June 2020 and expire early August 2020. Purchase by May 31, 2020 for an early bird 10% discount.
If you’ve worried about your child’s language development, the long wait time for an evaluation or the cost of private, individual therapy, take a breath.*
Momma, you are more than capable of developing your child’s language skills. Let me take you behind the scenes and show you:
- What each speech and language milestone is.
- Why it’s important.
- How to practice it at home and have fun!
The secret to maximizing speech and language skills isn’t simply the number of therapy sessions or the therapist’s qualifications, it’s daily skills practice in your child’s typical environment.
It isn’t hard or clinical.
Activities are demonstrated in short, 2 min videos and divided into four age groups: 2-year-old, 3-year-old, 4-year-old, and 5-year-old. You will receive access to all videos for all ages! Each video/activity focuses on a specific language target.
It’s a perfect fit!
*Playtime Patterns provides families with education and activities that facilitate language skills through new patterns of play. They are intended to enrich and enhance–not replace–professional speech-language therapy.
